The aptly named Warehouse has distinct zones for each speciality, each with its own design, food and drink. The ground floor houses the Wine and Beer bars, which fuse contemporary details such as neon-lit glass and chrome fridges and sleek dark wood furniture with old-fashioned tavern touches such as upended barrels and discarded corks from vintage bottles of wine. A magnificent double-height galleried glass wine ‘cellar’ is home to over 6,000 bottles of wine, with 170 varieties sourced from some of the world’s finest vineyards. A central tasting table stands upon illuminated floor panels creating a futuristic effect that is enhanced by the glowing frosted glass fridge fronts.
