LW Architects is involved with two projects in Nakheel’s The World development. The two storey Rostov villas will benefit from far reaching views, their own private marina, beach frontage and infinity-edged pools. Villa facades feature ample glazing, bringing the breathtaking exterior surrounds into the interiors.
The Orenburg project will feature a 200-key five star hotel with a unique harbour drop-off system. Guests will have a choice of sleekly designed one or two-bedroom apartments, all with beach or harbour views and generous balconies. The architecture is a contemporary take on vernacular Greek design and a system of winding streets and interspersed cafes enrich a pleasant resort experience.
